Enterprise & Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Qualify client leads through discovery calls and identify prospective DSOs to stimulate new client acquisition
• Execute a land-and-expand, bottoms-up approach to penetrate large group dental practices (15-150+ locations)
• Utilize a hybrid multi-level selling approach, targeting both practice-level and executive-level stakeholders
• Serve as a core stakeholder in defining and scaling the enterprise sales process for Dandy
• Meticulously track all sales activity and pipeline management using Salesforce
• Work closely with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Proven experience closing mid-market or complex, multi-level deals
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and develop executive champions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or working directly with Dental DSOs
• Knowledge of the MEDDIC sales methodology
• Experience selling novel products into new market segments
• Background working with marketplace business models
