Enterprise Solutions Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long deal cycles
• Proactively identify economic buyers, decision processes, and success criteria
• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level buyers across security, IT, and retail
• Create and execute account strategies with documented mutual action plans
• Drive urgency by managing timelines, risks, and decision points
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on deal strategy
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience closing complex, non-commodity deals
• Experience in digital security, fraud prevention, enterprise SaaS, or retail technology
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
• Success in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments
• Strong consultative selling and business acumen
• Proficiency with Gong and Salesforce
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
