About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long deal cycles
- Proactively identify economic buyers, decision processes, and success criteria
- Build and maintain relationships with executive-level buyers across security, IT, and retail
- Create and execute account strategies with documented mutual action plans
- Drive urgency by managing timelines, risks, and decision points
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on deal strategy
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience closing complex, non-commodity deals
- Experience in digital security, fraud prevention, enterprise SaaS, or retail technology
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Success in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments
- Strong consultative selling and business acumen
- Proficiency with Gong and Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
