Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead inclusive, engaged, and high performing Global Enterprise Engineering teams
• Act as a technical coach, mentor, and problem solver for technical escalations and complex solutions
• Identify gaps and build out programs and processes to support the SE team
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, support, enablement, and marketing departments
• Develop and grow the team’s skills through coaching and enablement
• Travel up to 50%

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a technical presales Manager in a similar environment
• Experience at a cloud and network infrastructure focused company with hardware/software exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, IT, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record leading high performing sales engineering teams
• Experience building and scaling technical pre-sales teams
