Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations and conduct implementation planning for enterprise clients
• Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including project timelines and risk mitigation
• Deliver seamless API and flat file integrations
• Partner with Sales to conduct integration discovery and rollout plans
• Drive customer discovery and execute product roadmap enhancements
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align customer goals with business outcomes
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact post-go-live

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building enterprise customer relationships
• Proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience with financial money movement and accounts payable/receivable functions
• General understanding of APIs
• Experience working with product managers to drive development
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
