Responsibilities

• Lead insight-led discovery and deal shaping to uncover operational bottlenecks
• Architect tailored solutions including rollout approach, integration patterns, and security posture
• Deliver high-impact demos and facilitate workshops that map to customer workflows
• Build credible value narratives focusing on labor productivity, cycle time reduction, and compliance
• Position the solution against point tools and fragmented stacks
• Support AEs with executive-ready business-case inputs and impact ranges

Requirements

• 3–8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Solution Consulting, or ERP process consulting
• Demonstrated ability to run insight-based discovery and build conviction across buying committees
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders such as CFOs and CIOs
• Strong workshop facilitation and demo craft skills
• Ability to connect technical realities to business outcomes like TCO and compliance risk
• Fluency in English and German (or another major European language)

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud) or multi-ERP environments
• Knowledge of finance/process workflows including AP, S2P, P2P, and master data
• Experience competing against legacy vendors and patchwork technology stacks
