About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and inner workings of the Navan expense and payments solution
- Apply accounting and finance industry knowledge to implement the Expense solution and help clients realize product benefits
- Support Account Managers as a subject matter expert to resolve queries related to policy efficiencies, accounting compliance, and ERP integrations
- Train the Account Management organization on product capabilities to drive usage and revenue
- Act as the voice of the customer and partner cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to drive product development
Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting or finance background with experience in ERP systems integrations or month-end close
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant in a rapidly growing fintech
- Experience working with large strategic customers
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects
