Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers through product demonstrations and presentations
• Engage deeply with engineering and product audiences to explain how Figma technology accelerates digital product delivery
• Identify market trends to influence the product team and unlock new growth opportunities
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and identity questions
• Strengthen Figma's security reputation by resolving customer concerns regarding data access in collaboration with product and legal teams
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating connections between customers, sales, and product teams
• Create thoughtful content to support customers and internal partners regarding the Figma platform

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience within a SaaS organization
• Experience with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
• Front end development experience
• Familiarity with Enterprise DevOps tools
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn independently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI tools
• Experience actively using AI to convert Figma designs to code
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment
