Enterprise Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations and conduct implementation planning for enterprise clients
• Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including project timelines and risk mitigation
• Deliver seamless API and flat file integrations
• Partner with Sales to conduct integration discovery and rollout plans
• Drive customer discovery and execute product roadmap enhancements
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align customer goals with business outcomes
• Serve as the primary post-go-live point of contact for strategic customers

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building enterprise customer relationships
• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with a track record of meeting KPIs
• Experience with financial money movement and understanding of AP/AR functions
• General understanding of APIs
• Experience working with product managers to drive product development
• Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects from discovery to rollout
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level executives
