Responsibilities
- Land anchor customers in new enterprise segments through complex sales cycles
- Structure non-standard deals, pilots, and partnerships alongside Product and Solutions teams
- Own commercial negotiations end-to-end
- Translate field learnings into Go-To-Market playbooks, including pricing models and use cases
- Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and regional teams to ensure clean handoffs for scaled motions
Requirements
- Proven enterprise SaaS or technology sales track record with complex deals
- Experience in high-growth companies (100–500 employees) in building roles
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and first-of-kind commercial structures
- Technical proficiency to work with Product teams and commercial strength to lead negotiations
- Credibility with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Builder mentality focused on creation rather than maintenance
