Responsibilities

  • Land anchor customers in new enterprise segments through complex sales cycles
  • Structure non-standard deals, pilots, and partnerships alongside Product and Solutions teams
  • Own commercial negotiations end-to-end
  • Translate field learnings into Go-To-Market playbooks, including pricing models and use cases
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and regional teams to ensure clean handoffs for scaled motions

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise SaaS or technology sales track record with complex deals
  • Experience in high-growth companies (100–500 employees) in building roles
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and first-of-kind commercial structures
  • Technical proficiency to work with Product teams and commercial strength to lead negotiations
  • Credibility with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
  • Builder mentality focused on creation rather than maintenance
