About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned quotas through high-volume conversations and meetings
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline management
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy for all opportunities
  • Present project proposals with clear ROI measurements to clients
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to support adoption and upselling
  • Stay informed on product lines, corporate messaging, and competitive differentiators
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of enterprise software startup sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing complex solution sales and six-figure deals
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Domain expertise in Contact Centers, Customer Service, Chat software, or Business Intelligence preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Highly driven, self-directed, and entrepreneurial mindset
