About the Company

Meeraq is a fast-growing organisation in the Learning & Development space, focused on delivering impactful upskilling solutions for enterprise clients. We partner with CXOs and leadership teams to drive business transformation through tailored L&D interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise client acquisition with an 80% focus on hunting
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closures
  • Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, and senior decision-makers
  • Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of ₹2–4 Cr
  • Use storytelling-led sales presentations to position solutions effectively
  • Manage end-to-end account ownership and ensure client satisfaction
  • Leverage inbound leads and generate new business through personal networks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic L&D solutions

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales
  • 1–2 years of experience selling upskilling or L&D programs
  • Background in L&D or HR consulting companies preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to connect with clients using storytelling and value articulation
  • Stable professional track record
  • Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore
