Meeraq is a fast-growing organisation in the Learning & Development space, focused on delivering impactful upskilling solutions for enterprise clients. We partner with CXOs and leadership teams to drive business transformation through tailored L&D interventions.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise client acquisition with an 80% focus on hunting
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and closures
- Build and strengthen relationships with CXOs, HR Leaders, and senior decision-makers
- Achieve annual revenue targets in the range of ₹2–4 Cr
- Use storytelling-led sales presentations to position solutions effectively
- Manage end-to-end account ownership and ensure client satisfaction
- Leverage inbound leads and generate new business through personal networks
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic L&D solutions
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales
- 1–2 years of experience selling upskilling or L&D programs
- Background in L&D or HR consulting companies preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to connect with clients using storytelling and value articulation
- Stable professional track record
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore
