About the Company
Zauber builds autonomous AI agents for the global logistics industry to handle operational tasks and improve system interoperability. Backed by P9, the company is scaling fast to build the core infrastructure for global logistics automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise and top mid-market sales cycle with global freight forwarders
- Convert active pilots into multi-year contracts with C-level buyers
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers at leading global forwarders
- Work with the Commercial Lead and Founder to refine messaging and positioning
- Develop and iterate repeatable sales playbooks
- Drive pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal structure
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities
Requirements
- 3-7 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in technology or software
- Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
- Experience selling SaaS, AI, or automation products into legacy industries
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to Asia or North America
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional European languages
- Experience in founder-led or high-growth startup environments
