Responsibilities

• Define a sales strategy to achieve targets set by the management team
• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of potential retail partnerships
• Develop a strong understanding of the competition and retail market across multiple verticals
• Target new enterprise-level partners in line with company strategy and market objectives
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical, legal, and financial aspects
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on multinational prospects
• Identify innovative business solutions that create value for both Wolt and its partners

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience within the retail industry preferred
• Proven track record of closing complex deals
• Consultative sales approach with ability to demonstrate ROI
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to report on KPIs
• Fluent in Slovenian and English
• Serbian or Croatian is an advantage
• Hunter mentality with drive and resilience
