Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition to achieve yearly targets
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Meet with clients to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to track performance and impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to execute high-impact initiatives

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end sales or a similar role
• Proven experience working in the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domains
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
