Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the MENA region
• Identify and prospect new enterprise clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and deliver tailored product demonstrations to showcase SaaS value propositions
• Lead complex negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value sales deals
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the B2B SaaS industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the MENA market landscape, including key industries and customer preferences
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging senior executives
• Ability to lead complex sales cycles and navigate large organizational structures
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with KYC, KYB, or AML solutions and products
