About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the MENA region
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients, building strong relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and deliver tailored product demonstrations to showcase SaaS value propositions
- Lead complex negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the B2B SaaS industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the MENA market landscape, including key industries and customer preferences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging senior executives
- Ability to lead complex sales cycles and navigate large organizational structures
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
