About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition to achieve yearly targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Meet with clients to identify specific needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track performance, scope, and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to execute high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end sales or a similar role
- Proven experience working in the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domains
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and results-orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
