About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition through hunting and lead generation to achieve yearly targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from qualification to deal closure
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Meet with clients to identify business needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to track performance and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to execute high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end sales or a similar role
- Proven experience working within the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domains
- Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
