About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition through hunting and lead generation to achieve yearly targets
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from qualification to deal closure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet with clients to identify business needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to track performance and impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple business units to execute high-impact initiatives

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end sales or a similar role
  • Proven experience working within the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domains
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and drive

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry
