About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue, forecasting, and day-to-day execution for a team of enterprise Account Executives
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop enterprise Account Executives to drive performance and career development
  • Refine and reinforce repeatable, scalable sales processes to standardize the enterprise motion
  • Lead the team through complex, multi-threaded deals with executives and procurement
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing national and roll-up accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure successful customer outcomes
  • Build ROI-driven business cases for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal visibility

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
  • 1–2+ years of management or team-lead experience
  • Track record of scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience navigating executive relationships and procurement for deals over $1M
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics
  • Construction-tech experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with home services contractors, GCs, developers, or adjacent industries like PropTech or InsurTech
  • Player-coach background
