Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through procurement and rollout
• Prospect and develop new enterprise opportunities through outbound efforts and networking
• Manage and expand strategic accounts by identifying new value levers across divisions
• Build relationships with board members, operational leaders, and key influencers
• Partner with product, customer success, and support teams to align on customer needs
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
• Collaborate on sales playbook development and process optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience selling to enterprise or large corporate customers
• Experience in agriculture or related industrial systems preferred
• Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Experience influencing at the board level
• Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in high-pressure environments
• Deep understanding of large-scale ranching systems is a plus
