We are leading the shift toward AI-powered content orchestration, helping over 4,000 organizations automate workflows and manage creative assets through intelligent, enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of up to 6 Enterprise Account Executives across EMEA, focusing on UK&I, Northern Europe, and DACH.
  • Partner directly with AEs in strategic prospect and customer meetings to shape account strategies and negotiation tactics.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing enterprise sellers.
  • Coach the team on enterprise sales methodologies, deal strategy, and executive selling.
  • Maintain high standards for pipeline hygiene, qualification rigor, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B and SaaS sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and providing accurate forecasting.
  • Experience selling to marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience managing individual contributors and leading by example.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and the SaaS/cloud vertical.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales Model, MEDDICC, or SPIN Selling.
  • Experience in a high-transaction sales environment.
  • Training experience with a consultative sales approach.
