Enterprise Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their specific business requirements
• Achieve ambitious sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing revenue from existing accounts
• Develop a robust database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels
• Manage the full sales cycle including area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with necessary documentation
• Build and maintain strong personal relationships with prospects and act as an evangelist for the Apna ecosystem
• Conduct high-level CXO business conversations for high-ticket size enterprise deals

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling large enterprise accounts
• Proven track record of managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and influence company leadership
• Excellent commercial negotiation skills and understanding of business operations
• Proficiency in at least two languages with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in HRTech or recruitment software sales
