About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their specific business requirements
- Achieve ambitious sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing revenue from existing accounts
- Develop a robust database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels
- Manage the full sales cycle including area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with necessary documentation
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with prospects and act as an evangelist for the Apna ecosystem
- Conduct high-level CXO business conversations for high-ticket size enterprise deals
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling large enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and influence company leadership
- Excellent commercial negotiation skills and understanding of business operations
- Proficiency in at least two languages with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in HRTech or recruitment software sales
