About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their specific business requirements
- Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new enterprise clients and growing revenue from existing accounts
- Develop a robust database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels
- Manage the full sales cycle including area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with necessary documentation
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with prospects to ensure a healthy pipeline
- Act as an evangelist for the Apna ecosystem of products and services
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience handling large accounts
- Proven experience in lead generation through to deal closure
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and communicate with CXO-level leadership
- Excellent commercial negotiation and operational understanding
- Proficiency in at least two languages
- HRTech background is preferred
