Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by hiring, onboarding, and coaching AEs across DACH
  • Own regional performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline quality
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure clean data and clear insights
  • Join key customer and prospect conversations to navigate complex buying committees
  • Support pricing, negotiation, and close strategies for late-stage deals

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing sales role
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing and mentoring enterprise sales teams
  • Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging trends
  • Experience building GTM strategies or sales motions from scratch
