Responsibilities

  • Scale the NT Enterprise organization, ensuring proper structure, talent density, and coaching infrastructure
  • Spend significant time in the field (2-3 days/week) modeling best practices and supporting managers
  • Develop and implement training programs for the Enterprise Account team
  • Execute a comprehensive Enterprise Accounts strategy aligned with expansion goals
  • Run weekly reviews on pipeline health, forecast variance, and productivity metrics
  • Translate customer insights into product, engineering, and go-to-market requirements
  • Build strong partnerships across the global organization to ensure regional needs are prioritized
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue in collaboration with leadership

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and large-scale corporate accounts
  • Experience in strategic sales leadership and territory management
  • Ability to work in both boardroom settings and on-site in stockyards
  • Strong capability in hiring, training, and developing high-performance sales teams
  • Experience with complex sales cycles in the Beef or Dairy sectors is highly valued
