About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer pain points with legacy solutions
  • Deliver high-impact demonstrations to stakeholders ranging from office managers to CIOs
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive deal execution and remove technical obstacles
  • Build technical assets, reference architectures (e.g., EVPN-VXLAN), and training documentation
  • Translate customer feedback and complex deployment requirements to the Product team to influence the roadmap

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge in TCP/IP, 802.11ax/be, TLS, DHCP, DNS, NAT, 802.1X, VPNs, SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, and EVPN-VXLAN
  • Proven experience as a high-performing Sales Engineer in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to design complex technical solutions for enterprise networking
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CWNA, CWDP, CWSP, CWDE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIE, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred
