Enterprise Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Own 4–5 highly strategic, national accounts to drive deep, multi-phase growth
• Build and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer roadmaps and investment timelines
• Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive significant expansion revenue by embedding SmartRent’s platform into property operations
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Lead multi-threaded pursuits across business units and regional portfolios
• Identify and influence internal blockers to growth

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
• 5 years experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Proven success growing under-penetrated accounts into enterprise-wide relationships
• Experience in PropTech, complex SaaS/platform, or real estate technology
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo
• Strong data literacy and ability to build business cases and ROI models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IoT technologies
• Account-based marketing experience
