Enterprise Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the assigned territory
• Build, progress, and close high-value enterprise opportunities
• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite and senior leadership across security, identity, and infrastructure
• Create pipeline through direct prospecting and partner engagement
• Drive account strategy for both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities
• Partner with channel and alliance teams to increase market influence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Apply structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC for qualification and forecasting

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity solutions
• Proven track record of winning complex enterprise deals and exceeding quotas
• Experience navigating long sales cycles with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong prospecting and territory planning capabilities
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
• Ability to articulate business value and investment justification to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working with channel and strategic partners
• Must be located in Pennsylvania or South Jersey
