About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of account executives, coaching them to develop necessary skills and behaviors
- Establish company territory plans, team structure, individual quotas, and patches
- Report on revenue forecasts and strategic GTM programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage revenue and customer success processes
- Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
- Deliver strategic growth plans in collaboration with EMEA function leaders
Requirements
- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader in UKI
- Background in Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sales industries
- Experience within the Telco or Utilities vertical
- History of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth technology companies
- Proficiency in methodology-based sales coaching, including MEDDPIC and Challenger mentality
- Experience with value-based sales to business and IT stakeholders, including C-suite
- Extended executive relationship network within key Telco & Utilities customers
- Knowledge of the partner ecosystem to grow strategic territories
- Success implementing consumption and commitment-based sales revenue models
