About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, consultative pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify, qualify, and target large enterprise accounts across key sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG, and Pharma.
- Engage with CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, and other senior stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver tailored product solutions.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and value realization.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales performance, and report key metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience, specifically within SaaS, Fintech, or enterprise tech solutions.
- Proven track record of selling to large Indian enterprises and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong expertise in consultative and solution-based sales processes and managing long sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in the Fintech space, specifically with working capital solutions or payments.
- Experience navigating high-value, complex deal structures in the Indian market.
