Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting through calls, email, and social
- Prioritize phone outreach to connect with decision-makers daily
- Research key accounts and personalize outreach for executive stakeholders
- Qualify prospects by identifying pain points and assessing value alignment
- Partner with Account Executives to refine strategy and account targeting
- Meet and exceed goals for qualified pipeline and meetings
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- Proven record of success prospecting into enterprise accounts ($100K+ deals)
- Excellent communication skills with confidence on the phone
- Ability to engage VP- and C-level leaders
- Process-driven, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Competitive and team-oriented personality
