About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned enterprise accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise customers within the Riyadh market to drive revenue growth
  • Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Promote IT solutions including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and networking
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions for clients
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales within the Riyadh market
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and infrastructure
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage enterprise-level client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English
