About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned enterprise accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers within the Riyadh market to drive revenue growth
- Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Promote IT solutions including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and networking
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions for clients
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales within the Riyadh market
- Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and infrastructure
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage enterprise-level client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English
