Enterprise Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the group RCSA cycle across all Principal Risk Types, including scoping, scheduling, and First Line engagement.
• Maintain the integrity of the group risk register, control catalogue, and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) suite.
• Design, calibrate, and operate the KRI framework, establishing meaningful linkage between indicators and underlying risks.
• Produce committee-grade risk management reporting for the Executive Risk Committee, Board Audit and Risk Committee, and other governance forums.
• Support the maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), including standards and operating procedures.
• Act as Product Owner for risk technology and change deliveries, including GRC tooling and risk limits frameworks.
• Support the operational risk event lifecycle, including capture, impact quantification, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate risk governance across regulated entities in the UK (FCA), Jersey (JFSC), and Abu Dhabi (FSRA/ADGM).
• Act as a credible second-line partner to the business, providing constructive challenge and guidance on control effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 6-10 years of progressive experience in operational or enterprise risk management within a regulated financial services environment.
• Direct hands-on experience managing end-to-end RCSA cycles.
• Strong working knowledge of three-lines-of-defence governance and ERMF design.
• Experience with GRC tooling and workflow platforms (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Archer, or MetricStream).
• Excellent written communication skills for producing high-level committee papers and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, IRM, or ICA Risk Diploma.
• Knowledge of FCA, JFSC, or FSRA regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with digital asset markets, custody, settlement, or trading platform risk infrastructure.
