Enterprise Risk Management - Senior Manager/Manager, Risk, Distribution

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management team to safeguard product, people, property, and information at Aritzia's Distribution Centers
• Establish and execute Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management
• Minimize merchandise loss and ensure the security of physical assets
• Protect employees, clients, and communities through effective risk mitigation
• Preserve and safeguard confidential information
• Partner with Business Support teams to lead day-to-day functions in support of corporate objectives
• Enable progressive career development and a high-quality employee experience within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in Enterprise Risk Management
• Relevant risk management certifications, education, or specialized training
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage a team
• Strong ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
• Alignment with Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
