Enterprise Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies
• Screen candidates to ensure qualifications match specific role requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
• Negotiate compensation and close qualified candidates
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data for reporting
• Enhance the recruitment process by training interview teams
• Ensure an excellent interview experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience (in-house or staffing agency)
• Expertise in candidate sourcing and identifying top talent
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience using Greenhouse
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and navigate changing processes
