Enterprise Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Automation and AI product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and stakeholder management for Finance and Accounting
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions across Workday Financials and related SaaS applications
• Perform hands-on configuration of Workday Financials, including Procurement, Intercompany, Consolidations, and Period Close
• Administer security roles and access controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
• Drive the architecture and support of integrations using Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Leverage reporting, analytics, and SQL to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making
• Partner with leaders to implement AI-driven capabilities to automate manual processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Business Systems
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Financials in a large-scale enterprise
• Proven experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and core Finance operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Snowflake
• Experience working in a public-company or large-enterprise environment
• Proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate productivity
