Enterprise Product Engineering Lead

Composio is building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. Backed by a $25M Series A from Lightspeed, the team is scaling rapidly to provide the most capable bridge between AI agents and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise product end-to-end, including pre-sales technical validation, POC support, and post-launch iteration
• Translate ambiguous enterprise requests into product decisions, design docs, and engineering timelines
• Work closely with the codebase to estimate complexity and identify architectural risks
• Collaborate daily with revenue, engineering, and solutions teams to prioritize the roadmap
• Build the enterprise playbook, including escalation paths, quality bars, and launch processes
• Balance customer needs with product integrity to avoid excessive bespoke services work

Requirements

• Strong enterprise product judgment and ability to manage tradeoffs under pressure
• Ability to maintain customer trust while saying "no" to non-strategic requests
• High technical depth with the ability to participate in architecture discussions and read code
• Systems-level thinking rather than focusing solely on individual feature requests
• Enterprise taste regarding reliability, security, and rollout quality
• Strong operational skills to create and refine necessary processes
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or AI platforms
• Background in founding a company or owning a technical P&L
• Experience transitioning enterprise products from founder-led to repeatable motions
