Enterprise Platform Architect & Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority defining and evolving the company's technology foundations and target architecture.
• Lead the integration and scaling of AI technologies, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and orchestration tools.
• Ensure end-to-end integration and coherence across the core stack: Infor M3 (ERP), HubSpot (CRM), Magento (e-commerce), Azure, and Power BI.
• Define and govern architecture standards, design patterns, and technical documentation to prevent fragmentation.
• Drive the adoption of automation and low-code/no-code platforms within governed frameworks.
• Foster communities of practice to promote technical standards and best practices across the organization.
• Identify and address structural technical debt while balancing innovation speed with long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of moving AI or automation initiatives from experimentation to production-ready solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Infor M3, HubSpot, Magento).
• Strong technical proficiency with Azure cloud infrastructure and Power BI.
• Experience working in international environments across multiple IT domains.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a strong asset.
• Expertise in API design, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design (DDD).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with orchestration tools like N8N or similar automation platforms.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools such as Make, Bubble, or Lovable.
• Experience designing knowledge graphs and ML-ready data pipelines.
