About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and evolution of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) framework to align business and functional teams with enterprise priorities.
- Lead the development of monthly Executive Committee reporting and biannual Board materials, providing decision-oriented insights for senior leadership.
- Oversee the collection, aggregation, and reporting of Enterprise Health Metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor progress against strategic priorities, key milestones, risks, and issues, driving timely intervention and escalation.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping core EPM outputs and executive-level communications.
- Drive continuous improvement across enterprise performance processes, reporting practices, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced expertise in data analytics, data visualization, and logical storyboarding.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing executive-level materials and narratives.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making and communicate with Board-level audiences.
