Enterprise Performance Management Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and evolution of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) framework to align business and functional teams with enterprise priorities.
• Lead the development of monthly Executive Committee reporting and biannual Board materials, providing decision-oriented insights for senior leadership.
• Oversee the collection, aggregation, and reporting of Enterprise Health Metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Monitor progress against strategic priorities, key milestones, risks, and issues, driving timely intervention and escalation.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping core EPM outputs and executive-level communications.
• Drive continuous improvement across enterprise performance processes, reporting practices, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced expertise in data analytics, data visualization, and logical storyboarding.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing executive-level materials and narratives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making and communicate with Board-level audiences.
