Enterprise Partner Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Klaviyo’s ANZ enterprise partnerships strategy focusing on GSIs, SIs, and agency holding companies
• Identify, recruit, and build high-impact partnerships from the ground up
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic mid-market partners
• Partner with Sales to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-sell motions
• Develop and own joint business plans aligned to services-led and transformation-driven GTM motions
• Build multi-threaded relationships across partner organizations including executives and alliance leaders
• Collaborate with technology and ecosystem partners to support joint customer solutions
• Drive regular business reviews with partners using data and insight

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or SaaS GTM roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships with GSIs, SIs, or agency holding companies
• Experience building partnerships from zero to one
• Prior quota-carrying experience with a track record of driving revenue outcomes
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and enterprise deal cycles
• Experience executing joint go-to-market plans (co-sell, co-marketing, enablement)
• Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded relationships
• Valid work authorization to work in Australia
