Enterprise Operations Center Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day monitoring of enterprise systems, networks, and critical services for events, alerts, and performance deviations.
• Coordinate end-to-end resolution of incidents, including triage, prioritization, escalation, and communication.
• Maintain real-time situational awareness through dashboards and monitoring platforms to prevent service disruption.
• Support high-priority incident response activities and incident bridge coordination.
• Monitor recurring incidents and operational trends to facilitate root cause analysis and systemic improvements.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs, runbooks, and alert-handling procedures.
• Utilize software and hardware tools to isolate and diagnose complex technical issues affecting system health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting an enterprise operations center (EOC).
• Experience with continuous event and alert monitoring in a production enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with incident resolution and coordinating cross-team remediation actions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal civilian agency IT operations under ITIL-aligned service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog (integrations, alert tuning, dashboards, APM, or synthetic monitoring).
• Experience in 24x7x365 enterprise operations supporting hybrid environments (on-premises, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365 GCC).
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Datadog Certified Associate or equivalent enterprise monitoring certification.
