Enterprise OEM Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and large dealer networks globally.
• Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities and develop relationships with senior leadership.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders such as VP Aftermarket, Dealer Network Directors, and Digital Leaders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and provide regular updates to leadership regarding revenue projections.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in complex sales cycles.
• Direct experience selling solutions into OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, or dealer networks.
• Familiarity with digital commerce or SaaS platforms.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 40% for UK-based candidates).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and German, English and French, or another second language.
