About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead competitive pricing analysis and benchmarking across the Office Print portfolio
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) pricing decisions with competitive intelligence and market insights
  • Partner with Product Management, Finance, and regional teams to deliver data-driven pricing recommendations
  • Manage pricing escalations and perform ad hoc analysis to support critical business decisions
  • Build and maintain pricing intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting
  • Improve pricing processes and benchmarking methodologies through continuous optimization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, competitive intelligence, business analytics, or market analysis
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Office Print, business printing, or contractual printing markets
  • Experience building pricing benchmarks or competitive intelligence frameworks
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools
