Enterprise Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support global enterprise network infrastructure, including wired and wireless environments.
• Manage and optimize network application delivery platforms such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and HAProxy load balancers.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues including latency and packet loss using advanced packet capture analysis (Wireshark).
• Implement and maintain Quality of Service (QoS) policies to ensure optimal performance for critical business applications.
• Project manage global network initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and documentation.
• Monitor and optimize network performance for both internal applications and internet-facing services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Citrix environments.
• 1+ year of scripting experience (Python or PowerShell preferred).
• CCNP certification or equivalent experience (CCIE preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and Multicast (IGMP, PIM).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, or Juniper hardware platforms.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform and version control via GIT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HAProxy or similar load balancing technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, macOS, and Windows platforms.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
