Enterprise Marketing Manager

Counsel’s mission is to multiply the world's healthcare capacity. We are building the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group from the ground up, redesigning the clinical stack with custom AI tools to make physicians more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute demand and lead generation campaigns across media partners and paid social (LinkedIn and Google)
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events across enterprise segments
• Strengthen Counsel’s position as a leader in AI-enabled care through high-quality thought leadership, including white papers and blog content
• Partner with the commercial team to create sales enablement assets like outbound messaging, custom decks, and one-pagers
• Collaborate on account-based marketing strategy and target accounts
• Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of enterprise marketing initiatives
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS
• 3+ years focused on demand and lead generation in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience in paid social, content syndication, events, and webinars
• Demonstrated track record of generating pipeline (MQLs, SQLs) for sales organizations
• Ability to use data to guide experimentation and decision-making
• Strong ability to produce high-quality marketing and sales assets
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing AI-powered or technically complex products
• Background in a high-growth B2B healthcare or digital health company
