FLORA is building the first creative operating system: an infinite canvas designed for the generative computing paradigm. Backed by tier-one investors including Redpoint, Menlo Ventures, and a16z, the platform is used by world-class creative powerhouses like Pentagram, Lionsgate, and Nike.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email, paid, outbound sequences, and content
  • Own events and conferences as a pipeline channel to convert conversations into opportunities
  • Manage the full funnel from lead to opportunity, including MQL definitions, lead scoring, and nurture flows
  • Inform enterprise-level thought leadership and content strategy to create sales-ready assets
  • Partner with SDRs and AEs to align on ICP and co-own pipeline targets
  • Build attribution and tracking infrastructure including UTMs, dashboards, and multi-touch models

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with enterprise demand generation ownership
  • Proven track record of building pipeline programs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, committees, and long sales cycles
  • Experience navigating the PLG-to-enterprise transition
