About the Company
VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the Enterprise Business Unit by establishing structures and processes for large portfolio owners
- Drive business development by actively acquiring initial customers and testing GTM hypotheses alongside the CEO
- Own Revenue Operations by developing CRM structures, reporting, and lead generation engines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Consulting (Tier 1/2), High-Growth Startups, or VC
- University degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
- Fluent German (C2) and entrepreneurial mindset
