Enterprise Launch Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support new business acquisition through custom implementation plans
• Project manage global implementation projects from signature to go-live and hypercare phases
• Develop project plans, coordinate deliverables, and ensure high-quality deployments
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers from program administrators to C-suite
• Train and enable program administrators and end users on product functionality
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide internal product and technical feedback
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and share best practices
• Travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, or Account Management
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations
• Ability to think strategically, identify risks, and prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in FinTech or corporate travel management
• Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
