Enterprise Launch Manager

Responsibilities

• Project manage global implementation projects for Enterprise customers from signature to go-live and through the hypercare phase.
• Develop detailed project plans, coordinate deliverables, and ensure high-quality, timely deployments within target timeframes.
• Partner with Sales to support new business acquisition by preparing and presenting custom implementation plans to prospective clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, ranging from program administrators to C-suite executives.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" by providing internal feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Train and enable program administrators and end users on Navan’s travel and expense product functionality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and share best practices across the implementation team.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support successful launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically, identify risks, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in FinTech or corporate travel management.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message methodologies.
