Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large corporate dairy and beef operations from initial rollout to full-scale integration
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with farm teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales Manager to support expansion, renewal conversations, and strategic account planning
• Identify opportunities within farming systems to add value and drive revenue growth
• Engage with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers to build regional credibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and sales teams to champion customer needs
• Contribute to accurate revenue forecasting and strategic territory planning

Requirements

• Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
• Deep knowledge of dairy and beef production systems
• Proven ability to navigate executive-level decision-making and matrixed business structures
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account expansion
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the Waikato region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural technology or high-stakes commercial account management
• Established network within the New Zealand dairy or beef industry
