Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate dairy and beef operations from initial rollout to full-scale integration
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with farm teams, operational teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales Manager to support expansion, renewal conversations, and strategic account planning
  • Identify opportunities within farming systems to add value and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to champion customer accounts and surface product feedback
  • Contribute to accurate revenue forecasting and strategic territory planning
  • Build relationships with rural professionals, consultants, and industry influencers

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Deep knowledge of dairy and beef production systems
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to drive account expansion
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and communicate with both farm managers and executives
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the South Island
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agricultural technology or high-stakes commercial sales
  • Established network within the New Zealand agricultural sector
